Press Operator needed in Palm City, FL!  1st shift!

Trillium Staffing, a leader in the staffing industry, is currently seeking a trainable Press Operator to add to our client’s growing team in Palm City, FL!

The Press Operator will be responsible for operating injection mold making machinery in our client’s production facility. Duties of this position include completing set-ups and changeovers based on customer orders, performing routine mold changes, maintaining quality standards, conducting quality checks, basic machine maintenance and upkeep, prepping finished goods for shipment, and other duties as assigned by the production lead. Our client is open to training candidates with previous manufacturing experience or those interested in learning the industry! 

This is a full-time, contract to hire opportunity, with a well-established manufacturing company in the Palm City, FL area! The standard working hours are Monday - Friday 6:30am - 5:00pm. The starting wage ranges based on experience level, $16-18/hr with potential for increase based on performance!

Qualifications:
* 1-2+ years of manufacturing experience, strongly preferred
* Machine Operator experience a plus, not required.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and the willingness to learn
* Good communication and team skills
* Ability to lift 30-50lbs as required. 
* Great attention to detail
